We're on the lookout for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our tech team and play a key role in crafting user-friendly voice experiences. In this role, you'll be responsible for the development of an innovative no-code platform, making dialogue systems accessible to non-tech team members. Collaborating with a diverse engineering team, you'll contribute to a cohesive and scalable codebase. Your focus includes implementing new features on our platform. Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Developing a no-code platform to empower non-technical staff to configure intricate dialogue systems and create new voice experiences for users.
  • Contributing to the implementation of our multi-tenant infrastructure.
  • Taking a major role in our software development, through writing code, tests, as well as contributing to design ideas, documents and performing code reviews.
  • Collaborating with other full stack engineers to improve both your own and their code, promoting a unified development environment.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Professional experience in a software development role
  • Understanding of algorithms, data structures, system design and complexity analysis
  • Experience with React
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one other modern coding language such as Python, Go, or Java
  • Familiarity with Git
  • Working proficiency in verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with one or more cloud services: AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Experience with testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme, Cypress
  • Experience with CSS in JS libraries, such as styled-components
  • Experience with Agile processes such as scrum, kanban, sprints etc.
  • A love of learning and enjoyment of trying new things
  • A background or interest in building low-code platforms
  • Finds enjoyment in technical challenges and wants to contribute directly to solutions
