We are building an AI Coach for field sales. Most sales professionals in the U.S. work in field sales, but get ZERO on-the-job coaching because they are alone in the field. As a Founding Product Manager, you’ll work directly with the founders, Joe and Jake, to help develop and execute our product strategy and tactics. The Founding Product Manager will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our fast growing product to shape the future of field sales with our AI coach. In this role, you will strive to become an expert on what truly moves the needle for reps trying to become better sellers, and leverage your exceptional storytelling and critical thinking skills to embed this knowledge into the product itself. You will play a critical role in developing and communicating design and product requirements in partnership with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and writing skills, the ability and drive to envision innovative technology, and a strong grasp of the potential applications of AI.
This is a full-time hybrid role in New York City.
Work directly with the founders, Joe and Jake, to develop and execute the strategy and tactics for all product lines
Develop and communicate design and product requirements by:
Collecting data points from customer facing calls, our analytics tooling, the market landscape, and user research, and formulating and prioritizing problem statements based on this data
Becoming an expert on what truly moves the needle for reps trying to become better sellers
Collaborating effectively and cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and customer success
Understand technical concepts and communicate them to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
Work with cutting edge AI to solve real world problems affecting real people
Build new features to help our users engage and get more out of our app’s intelligence
Ensure that “the trains run on time” for product strategy and roadmaps
Consistently approach problems from the user experience perspective
Focus on what matters, with strong opinions, loosely held
8+ years of experience in product management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or other relevant technical degree or equivalent work experience
Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration
Experience launching and scaling products at an early stage startup
Experience with Figma, Roadmapping, and PRD writing
Experience in the AI or machine learning industry
Strong understanding of mobile app development processes for iOS and Android
Exceptional storytelling, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability
Excellent product intuition, taste, and an ability to explain why
First principles thinking approach
Thrives in a small, agile team with an ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong sense of ownership
Experience in B2B SaaS a plus
$175k - $205k base salary + equity depending on experience and skills
