ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and client-oriented Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consultant to join our Data & AI practice in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leveraging a deep mission understanding of client needs and objectives focused in the areas of Data & AI to design and implement innovative solutions.
Explaining mission challenges and issues clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Facilitating client workshops in support of project delivery
Gathering pre-implementation and post-implementation facts to contribute to ROI documentation and other Business Case components for the past performance write-ups; this includes creating needed documentation.
Leading a diverse team of Data & AI resources to deliver FOAK projects based on ManTech project methodology.
Understanding the technical direction of our clients and translating client intelligence into compelling solutions in partnership with technical AI engineers or Data Scientists.
Supporting strategic business planning for Data & AI leading to award of major projects and programs.
Identifying opportunities for organic contract growth.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience
Experience supporting IC, FedCiv or DoD clients,
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering relevant experience acceptable in lieu of preferred degree)
Experience contributing to Data & AI projects with a diverse team of resources.
Experience tailoring project deliverables / project artifacts to adapt to the practice methodology.
Experience preparing and presenting project findings / results to clients and corporate leadership.
Experience providing input strategic account planning.
Strong analytical and quality assessment skills.
Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as consultant for a major Federal consulting firm,
Experience working in an Agile team,
Experience with Google Workspace and collaboration tools
Citizenship and Security Clearance Requirements:
US citizenship
Must have active Secret or TS clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph
Having an existing DHS or TS/SCI security clearance is highly desirable
