We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to analyze recruitment data, create dashboards, and develop pipelines to effectively monitor and improve our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to understand recruitment objectives and data requirements.
Collect, clean, and analyze recruitment data from our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Assist in the creation of predictive models to forecast hiring needs and identify potential bottlenecks in the recruitment process.
Build and maintain data pipelines to automate data collection, transformation, and reporting processes.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide insights to inform decision-making.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar programming languages.
Experience with Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex ideas and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in data analytics.
