We are seeking an experienced post sales Customer Engineer to assist in supporting the success of our new and existing customers as they deploy solutions with SambaNova Systems. As a member of our customer facing team, you will serve as a trusted advisor and technical resource to our most strategic customers, guiding them through product adoption, implementation, and ongoing technical support.

Responsibilities:

  • Becoming an expert in SambaNova Systems products
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and key technical resource for identified customers
  • Owning customer-related technical activities and relationships, including product adoption and implementation, support, etc.  
  • Resolving technical problems where possible and working with Engineering and Product teams to deliver solutions for advanced issues
  • Completing technical work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Translating business cases and requirements into appropriate technical solutions 
  • Demoing, architecting, designing and delivering solutions with SambaNova Systems with appropriate value propositions and technical merit
  • Gathering customer feedback and communicate back to the engineering team in a prioritized manner to influence bug fixes and next-generation products
  • Presenting and demonstrating SambaNova Systems at external community events like e.g. trade shows and conferences
  • Assisting with creating and maintaining product documentation, best practices, demos, and other customer-facing documentation
  • Traveling to customers and trade shows as required
  • Some responsibility for off-hours support during significant events as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a technical field
  • 7+ Years of experience working in a technical, customer facing position (System Engineering, Solution Engineering, etc) in the AI/ML or Data space
  • 2+ years of hands on experience troubleshooting deep learning models for accuracy, performance, and other important customer attributes
  • 2+ years of experience using Python at a scripting and/or coding level
  • 2+ years of experience working with operating system and/or applications on the Linux command line
  • 2+ years of experience with Bash or similar shell scripting
  • Experience with Pytorch
  • Must be willing to travel at 2-3 times per quarter at minimum
  • Fluency in both English and Turkish
