Prior experience must include: Design and develop end-to-end statistical testing frameworks on cloud services for large-scale customer base, supporting testing, reporting, and abnormality detection; Develop performance-optimized statistical computation framework in Python and SQL for large-scale (TB+) data processing on 8GB nodes from scratch; Build an end-to-end LSTM pipeline on AWS, incorporating CI/CD/CT practices to test, iterate, deploy, and monitor production models; Develop automated data pipeline on AWS for retrieval and integration of Census, geographic, and project data, using Python and SQL; Oversee complete research lifecycle for machine learning models, from project scoping to designing novel algorithms; Build scalable machine learning systems on cloud services like AWS, using container technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration tools like Spark, Airflow for large-scale computation.
