Now, we are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer in Vilnius, to join the AI Core Dev team to deploy cutting edge AI Products across the company.
About the Team:
The AI Core Dev team comprised of Research, Engineering and Project Management, build AI capabilities across Nasdaq’s entire portfolio of products. Our specialized team has brought AI powered Options, Index, and Data Integrity products to market. Engineering is chiefly responsible for increasing research productivity and deploying models into production.
In this role, you will be working on products across our entire business, including Market Platforms, Capital Access Platforms and Anti-Financial Crime. Projects include working on ultra-low latency Java model execution frameworks, large scale distributed data platforms, as well as sophisticated monitoring services. You will bring an entrepreneurial and product minded spirit to the team. Other key responsibilities include communicating technical project updates to business partners and mentoring junior engineers.
Work closely with Data Scientists to codify common data operations that supercharge research productivity.
Design, Develop and Test large scale model execution frameworks across many deployment modes including Batch, API and Real-Time.
Develop cloud native (AWS, Azure) continuous model training systems.
Build ultra-low latency and ultra-memory efficient Java based market applications.
A degree in a field related to Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Substantial years of professional experience withing the IT field.
Strong proficiency with Java and Python.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience with Terraform, Memory intensive applications and Low latency applications considered a plus.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.

Monthly base salary 3800 – 4750 EUR gross. The final offer will be based on your experience and skills.
