Responsibilities
We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Machine Learning (ML) Architect/Engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing AI solutions across various domains. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies. As an AI/ML Architect/Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient AI/ML solutions for a diverse range of projects. Responsibilities include:
- Employ AI, big data analytical tools, and ML as mechanisms to predict, uncover, and determine relationships and data trends.
- Develop new and improve existing AI/ML models operating on various forms of RF data to identify anomalies and events of interest.
- Correlate complex, technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products on existing data trends to leverage other military or commercial data sources
- Develop briefings and reports including technical and programmatic assessments presenting analysis, results, conclusions, and recommendations. Brief USG staff and industry partners, as requested.

Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s with 10+ years of relevant experience; Masters and 8+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and implementing AI solutions, with strong focus on machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages: C. C++. Python
- Hands-on development experience in AI/ML model building and tuning
- A minimum of one-year demonstrable experience in working with non-proprietary large language models
- Modern software development practices and toolsets (Git, CI/CD toolchains)
- Knowledge of advanced AI techniques, such as reinforcement learning, generative adversarial networks (GANs), or federated learning.
- Working knowledge and experience with RF Communication systems and concepts
- Be a self-starter with leadership capabilities and execution of roles and responsibilities with little to no supervision.

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
