Who we are looking for

Our mission is to explore, enable and exploit artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, cognitive computing and intelligent automation at scale with applicability into the financial data, risk and global markets . We are looking for a successful candidate with:

  • 3+ years of machine learning engineering experience in feature engineering, model training, model serving, model monitoring and model refresh management.
  • Experience developing AI/ML systems at scale in production or in high-impact research environments.
  • Proficiency in natural language processing, especially in LLMs and Generative AI systems.
  • Familiarity with the common frameworks and tools such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Proven experience with transformer models and an understanding of their underlying principles is a plus
  • Strong coding and software engineering skills, and familiarity with software engineering principles around testing, code reviews and deployment.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As AI Software Developer you will be responsible to architect and develop technical solutions to address business requirements along multiple developing teams across a variety of financial products.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $202,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
