Responsibilities:
Working as a technical leader supporting the sales organization on new engagements.
Confidently gather use case requirements and create low-level designs while functioning as an advisory resource for “Best Practices” and own the deployment of cnvrg.io solutions in the customers’ environment.
Define project requirements/issues/constraints and all aspects of efficient delivery with customer Project Managers.
Working as a technical leader supporting customer business, development, infrastructure teams, and cnvrg.io internal teams.
Finding out-of-the-box solutions for complex integrations and specifications.
Travel to customers’ sites post covid.
At least 5+ years of proven experience in Professional Services, consulting, or technical implementation roles within the IT industry.
Great interpersonal and communication skills, with high proficiency in verbal and writing skills in English.
Demonstrated ability and experience in customer-facing positions as a Professional Services consultant.
An adaptable and progressive learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
Ability to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Expert in Container technology and Kubernetes
Cloud expert in at least one of the following clouds: AWS, GCP, Azure
Experience with cloud-native monitoring and logging (i.e. Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, ElasticSearch).
Understanding data structures, can investigate incidents, and differentiate memory, I/O, and CPU bottlenecks.
Fluency in Linux, TCP/IP networking, and SQL.
Proficient knowledge of a scripting language (i.e. Shell, Python, Ruby, etc.) and code versioning (e.g. git)
Advantages:

Experience with infrastructure-as-code automation (i.e. Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes manifests, and/or templating languages).
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
