ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Workplace Manager at Freed, you will be an integral part of our finance and operations team, responsible for building, overseeing, and optimizing our operational processes. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about healthcare innovation, is a top executor, has an owner's mindset and is highly organized.

HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT

  • Develop and implement processes to enhance Freed’s efficiency and productivity- helping us to move quicker week over week.

  • Assist in planning and organizing company gatherings, events and activities.

  • Design and oversee onboarding programs to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the company.

  • Administer benefits programs and manage payroll processing.

  • Oversee daily operations and provide administrative support.

  • Manage and collect invoices, track payments and handle tax payments and returns.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Operations experience: At least 3 years of experience managing complex operations within dynamic, rapidly growing tech startups and companies.

  • Productivity tools. High proficient in productivity and task management tools, with extensive experience using Microsoft and/or Google suites. Familiarity with Notion is considered a big plus.

  • People Skills: You will interact with others and boost their productivity. Helping people is your passion.

  • Process Improvement: you will simplify processes to make our company more efficient.

  • Organization: For you, top-notch organization isn’t just a preference—it’s a must.

  • Communication: You excel in expressing yourself clearly and effectively, whether in writing or speaking, and can easily connect with team members at all levels across different locations.
