About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Workplace Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our workplace. This role involves managing office supplies, overseeing maintenance activities, planning and coordinating events, and supporting health and safety protocols. But, this role also offers the opportunity to work on projects, events and workplace initiatives aimed to improve the working experience for Faculty employees. You will play a key role in ensuring the best experience in the office for Faculty. Someone with strong organisational skills, an excellent communicator and experience in event planning are essential. This is a primarily office-based role.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Being the go to person for all faculty team members ensuring a great experience 

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Ensure all office equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.

  • Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the office space.

  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and functions.

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of health and safety protocols.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Positive attitude and a cheerful demeanour.

  • Experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a similar role in an office of 100 employees or more.

  • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is advantageous.

  • Ability to serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding office-related issues and queries.
