As the Leader of Center of Excellence for Gen AI Solutions you will play a key role in driving our AI initiatives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful deployment of cutting-edge generative AI technologies across the solutions we offer to our clients.

With your exemplary expertise and deep understanding of AI, a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business strategy, you’ll be able to work with cross-functional teams to ensure our client’s goals are being achieved.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the CoE aligning with the company's overall objectives.
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of AI researchers, data scientists, and engineers.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • AI Innovation & Implementation
    • Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI solutions in collaboration with other Hitachi Group companies to solve complex business challenges.
    • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration into our solutions and ensure successful adoption of AI solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the primary point of contact for NVIDIA Gen AI-related initiatives, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
    • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating the value and impact of our solutions and embedded AI solutions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including academic institutions, research organizations, and industry consortia.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and frameworks for development and deployment of Gen AI within the NVIDIA stack of solutions.
    • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
    • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with projects and implementations.
  • Performance Management
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the CoE.
    • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the Gen AI NVIDIA initiatives and implement improvements as necessary.
    • Report on progress, achievements, and challenges to senior leadership.

What you’ll bring:

  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI, with a focus on generative AI technologies.
  • Proven track record of building, leading and scaling AI teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
