You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent from leading AI and tech companies. This role requires creativity, rigor in operations, deep passion for technology & a lot of grit!
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Use creative and unconventional methods to source high-caliber candidates for engineering, product management, and other technical roles.
Candidate Engagement: Develop and implement A/B testing for messaging, creating compelling outreach that resonates with top talent.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest tech trends and have a clear understanding of the software landscape, including SaaS, data infrastructure, applications, and development tools.
Data Analysis: Use rigorous and analytical methods to report and analyze recruitment data, improving throughput and efficacy.
Pitching Skills: Craft and deliver a compelling pitch to attract and engage candidates, effectively representing our company in a competitive talent market.
Listening and Advisory: Understand candidates' short-term and long-term career goals, advising them on how our company can meet their aspirations and where we can fill any gaps.
Process Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to design and optimize an efficient and effective interview process, adapting quickly based on data and feedback.
Internal Advocacy: Act as a second set of ears for hiring managers, helping uncover top concerns and providing solutions for advancing team performance and career development.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, a mix of agency and corporate experience is best
Track record of recruiting top talent from leading AI and tech companies.
Strong bias to action with fast response times and an irresistible desire to be the best.
Deep understanding of the latest tech trends and the software landscape.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
Excellent pitching and communication skills, both audible and written.
Exceptional listening skills and the ability to understand and advise on candidates' career goals.
Experience in compensation design and management.
The base salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 plus performance bonuses, equity, and benefits. Pay is based on factors such as location, skill level, qualifications, competencies, and overall experience.
