Technical Program Manager [Application Team Focus] (f/m/d)

Our compensation package
:
 €60,000 - €65,000 in yearly salary, €10,000 - €30,000 in equity. Additionally, up to €5,000 p.a. in company benefits

Your role


As a Technical Program Manager, you will provide clarity and structure to coordinating plans, ensuring alignment with our goal for applications of our AI-powered imaging products, and working with development leads in Application, Imaging, and Product Management. Through your work you are creating the validation roadmap for Orbem’s AI algorithms. To be successful in this role, you will work collaboratively to align the business priorities for the AI experiments with the customer needs. You use data to drive tactical decision-making and communicate clearly to create strong alignment.

Your day to day

  • Drive task planning to align work to product & application needs

  • Develop technical roadmaps and strategies collaboratively to align with the product roadmap

  • Drive customer communication

  • Plan out experiments for the team

  • Drive communication via meetings and in writing to ensure alignment across team members

  • Drive team decisions to maximize business objectives

Requirements

Your expertise and qualities

Tactical leadership

  • You know how to prioritize tasks accounting for impact and effort

  • You are adept at creating roadmaps that bring clarity to where the team is going immediately and in the long-term

  • You know how to define and track KPIs that align with the most important outcomes for the organization

  • You have the mindset for risk mitigation

  • Your communication is clear and concise to bring all stakeholders into alignment

Technical depth

  • You have experience with research or lab environment

  • You have a solid knowledge of data management Tools (such as Google Sheets, Excel etc.)

  • You understand strategies for collecting data and ensuring data quality

  • You understand how to estimate the impact of technical deliverables
