Job Summary:

As a Technical AI Solution Specialist at HPE, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to HPE internal and external customers in their implementation of AI solutions based on HPE and NVIDIA hardware and software, with special focus on complete software stacks.  You would be the AI software solution consultant to these customers, working closely with HPE sales, product and engineering/pre sales teams  to size/build popular solutions proactively and in response to customers’ enquiries/project requirements.  At times, you would need to help HPE lab teams in setting up proof-of-concept systems for testing/solution evaluation. Providing regular software solution update and training is an important part of this role. Having experience working with/on some  local AI software developer solutions would be valuable. This role requires you to have previous end to end hands-on experience in AI/DL models development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales/pre sales teams to understand customer AI project requirements and help to position HPE & NVIDIA solution value propositions & capabilities.
  • Design and architect customized AI solutions that align with customer requirements and at the same time optimize HPE’s and NVIDIA’s share of total solution.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise during customer engagements, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value and capabilities of HPE's & NVIDIA’s AI solutions.
  • Develop and present proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and potential impact of AI solutions for customer-specific use cases.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of NVIDIA AI solutions.
  • Provide technical training, documentation, and support to customers, enabling them to effectively implement, configure, and utilize NVIDIA’s AI solutions.
  • Serve as a conduit between HPE and NVIDIA in terms technology update, alignment and integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices, incorporating them into the development and enhancement of HPE's AI solutions.
  • Provide regular feedback to  product team so as to contribute to the product roadmap planning and new AI solutions development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's degree, or relevant IT certifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

10 years of experience in technical roles involving AI, machine learning, or related technologies.

Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and frameworks especially large language model

Extensive hands-on experience in conceptualizing, designing, tuning and implementing AI solutions

Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI-related offerings.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and strategically.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI platforms and technologies

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other AI subfields.

Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data integration principles.

Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.

Certifications in AI-related fields or technologies.
