We are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Team Lead to join our team who will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition. The role is based in Spain, Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tech recruiters with precision and care, ensuring their sails are set right in the fast-paced waters of talent acquisition.
  • Define clear objectives and performance metrics, navigating the team towards success while providing necessary guidance and feedback.
Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract top technical talent in a fiercely competitive market, working closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to align efforts with organizational goals.
  • Cultivate and strengthen our employer brand, showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates in a compelling manner.
Stakeholder Management
  • Forge strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication to understand their hiring needs and collaborate effectively.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, addressing any challenges or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • +8 years of experience in talent acquisition, specializing in technical recruitment within high-growth environments.
  • +3 years of leadership or management experience, demonstrating a knack for guiding teams towards excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical roles and technologies, enabling effective assessment of candidate qualifications.
  • Proficient in recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on analyzing recruitment metrics to drive process improvements.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools.
