Where you will have an impact

We are looking for an experienced tax specialist to support our international expansion, strategic tax planning, tax risk mitigation, tax governance and compliance, as well as leading ad-hoc projects across the Group.

You would help drive the strategy and implementation of the Company’s rewards and benefits schemes, and implement required tax compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions as we expand into new geographies. You would ensure that our policy around contractors and short-term business visitors is optimised and support business decisions affecting employees’ and company’s tax. You would be the go-to person for any tax and equity related queries, supporting our employees in key tax areas of rewards and equity, global mobility, and regulation - ensuring that we build the strongest possible platform to attract and retain the best talent globally.

This position reports directly to our Global Employment Tax Lead. You will be part of our fast-growing Finance team at Wayve.
