Key Responsibilities
- Be a talent magnet: Identify and attract the best non-technical candidates through creative sourcing channels.
- Candidate Manager: Conduct human interviews, assess qualifications, and create an unforgettable candidate experience, we’re not machines we build relationships
- Join forces with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and wow-worthy recruitment strategies.
- Challenging Convention: Question the status quo, bring fresh ideas, and influence decision-making to revolutionize talent acquisition.
- Market Maven: Stay ahead of industry trends, fine-tune recruitment strategies, and rock the competition.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- You’re a Non-Technical Recruiter or Sourcer (in-house or agency) with 3+ years of experience
- You’re not limited to LinkedIn, niche platforms and collab hubs are your playground
- Boolean is not just a weird word, you know how it works
- Pre-screening calls is no new thing for you, you actually can’t keep track of how many you’ve conducted until now
- You’re an approach expert, we don’t like generic messages, and neither do candidates
- You’re not a recruitment ninja or jedi, you make sure you constantly learn and stay on top of new trends
- You have previous experience exploring the KSA market
- Awesome communication skills in English and if you happen to speak Arabic that’ll be an extra point
