Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship in the recruitment process for call center positions but not limited to
- Collaborate with hiring managers and People team to understand the talent requirements, workforce plans, and recruitment priorities for the call center.
- Question the status quo, bring fresh ideas, and influence decision-making to revolutionize talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing channels, job advertising, employer branding initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other talent acquisition partners to increase sourcing capabilities when necessary.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand by effectively showcasing the organization's culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
Who you are:
- You're open to traveling on a 60/40 basis to Cairo to spend as much time as possible with the team.
- You’re a Recruiter (in-house or agency) with 5+ years of experience.
- Proven Experience of leading a small recruitment team.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume hiring and call center recruitment.
- Familiarity with call center operations, including customer service, sales, and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including the effective use of job boards, social media, and other recruitment methods.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, and external partners.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in Arabic is needed.
