The Opportunity

As a Survey Programmer , you will be be part of a global team responsible for successfully managing survey projects from start to finish. 

Responsibilities:
The Role:

• Reviewing survey questionnaires for quality, compliance, and best practices
• Accurately assessing the time required to program a questionnaire
• Programming surveys into survey platforms like Qualtrics, Decipher
• Testing surveys to ensure all programming instructions, logic, flow have been implemented
• Teaching, training, and mentoring new hires on programming and other technical skills
• Creating Charts, Dashboards will be considered as advantage

Requirements

 Requirements:

• Bachelors in Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics or related subject area
• Some experience programming within a major Survey Programming Platform (i.e., Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Knowledge and application of relevant programming languages (i.e., JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.) would be a plus.
• Strong problem-solving ability, especially as it relates to navigating programming complications.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high throughput, deadline driven environment.
• Team player, comfortable contributing in a team environment.
