As we grow to achieve that mission, we're looking to add an experienced, highly technical, hands-on, and mission-driven Technical Product Delivery Manager (PDM) who is passionate about using technology to solve customer pain points, continuously improving the agile product development process to increase the effectiveness of our AI/LLM product delivery milestones toward the high-value, company-wide initiatives.
The Difference You Will Make:
- Understand product requirements and priorities working with product managers, Business owners, and cross-functional stakeholders with alignments.
- Work with engineering, design, and quality teams to understand the effort needed, build project plans with sprint schedules, and setup execution tools for capturing, synchronize, and executing projects and splints cadence
- Collaborate with product managers and other technical program managers to prepare program status reports to various stakeholders and executive briefings.
- Manage dependencies inside and outside of the team to get the team answers on time, unblock the team to aligned project plan and business need by dates
A Typical Day:
- Develop, manage and continuously optimize delivery activities and processes by ensuring effective prioritization / trade-offs against an overall strategy and organizational constraints
- Act as trusted partner for the product leader to develop a holistic project management process that connect multiple critical product areas
- Work with the product and program leadership team to mature program and project management frameworks and tools, including but not limited to Jira, SmartSheets, Asana, AirTable, Confluence, Google sites and others
- Align with stakeholders on how to manage dependencies, setting timelines and ensuring work progresses, while clearly communicating progress and risks to project stakeholders.
- Regularly assess risks and opportunities for improvements to our program and project management process.; understand best practices, drive for process improvements, and find new ways of operating, with a focus on simplification and productivity.
- Maintain urgency and enthusiasm by ensuring there is strong collaboration within multiple parts of the organization who may have competing priorities.
- Support product team on AI product compliance, privacy, and regulatory process and stakeholder engagements.
Your Expertise:
- BA/BS degree in technical field is required, preferred in computer science and related fields. Experience with analytics, ML/AI is highly desirable.
- Minimum 8+ years of project or technical project/program management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale complex technical product development and roll-outs for large scale SAAS and CRM applications.
- Industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, etc. in the project management field, especially as relates to Agile methodologies
- Experience working with Atlassian tools, such as Confluence and JIRA, as well as other Project Management (SmartSheets) and Collaboration tools (Asana)
- Experience managing external vendors to successfully deliver projects
- Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions. You can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line.
- Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to adapt well and work with teams having different operating cadences.
- Experience developing processes where little exists, and demonstrated flexibility to get things done.
- Detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem solving abilities to prioritize and manage blocking issues.
- Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.
- Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
