Responsibilities

THE ROLEIn this high-profile role, you will have vast influence to impact the direction of use of AI within the company. As a Senior Program Manager, you will collaborate with executive leaders, engineering managers, finance, legal, training and engagement teams to drive the planning and execution of multiple dynamic AI projects.

Leveraging their engineering background with a business mindset, the successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, engaging with key stakeholders at all levels, from driving technical and business conversations to leading executive program reviews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Director of AI Strategy Execution to oversee and execute AI enablement across the company
  • Define, plan, and execute projects and program plans based on management guidance and senior technical mentorship
  • Manage project plans, schedules; oversee and track budget and resources
  • Develop KPIs and improve processes for tracking projects and risk mitigation
  • Oversee program commitments from inception through execution within schedule, budget, and scope
  • Act as a critical liaison between R&D, finance, legal, responsible use teams and other partners for successful tracking, assessment and deployment of various AI innovations
  • Own resource tracking, status reporting, and issue communication to key partners, including senior executives and customers
  • Prepare and deliver project status updates and reviews to internal stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategies to deploy/socialize AI innovations company-wide

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Industry experience in project/program management leading complex, interrelated projects, programs, and functions
  • Familiarity with managing Linux and Windows-based products preferred
  • Proficiency in tools like; JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office
  • Experience delivering software for new hardware products such as accelerators and GPUs is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
  • Familiarity with open-source development and GitHub
  • Software development experience
  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and leading technical discussions
  • Excellent presentation and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding team player, dedicated to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Customer-facing experience is a plus
  • PMP certification is a plus

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical or related preferred.
  • MBA degree is a plus.
