Job Description Summary:

As the organization focuses on AI based Personalization as a core priority, the AI/ML Platform team has a strong role to build the AI/ML infrastructure and Platform necessary to scale and support this new initiative that’s expected to see a step function growth in AI ML. We are looking for a strong Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of the AI/ML Platform stack as well a strong business acumen that can partner with the Data Scientists and ML Engineers in delivering a best-in-class AI / ML Platform.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop a long and short-term product vision and strategy for the AI/ML Platform stack
  • Communicate Product priorities and build consensus with engineering, customers & other stakeholders
  • Continuously engage with Data Scientists and Product domain teams to identify new AI business cases to be successfully onboarded on the platform while keeping a pulse of how well the platform is performing for the existing business cases
  • Execute with excellence in a cross-functional setting, building strong relationships with key stakeholders (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data engineers, Product Analytics, and business teams).
  • Define and measure key performance indicators to evaluate and understand product value.

Requisite Experience: 

  • Strong Product Management track record in delivering Enterprise scale AI Platforms in top-tier companies.
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML Platform tech with a strong platform mindset.
  • Strong business and technical acumen. You’ll be expected to help define and drive technical requirements.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to manage a large, diverse set of to-dos – vigorously prioritize, stay on top of multiple work streams, monitor progress, hold owners accountable. 
  • Have a strong execution bias and deep passion for solving customer problems, specifically reducing friction in customer experiences.
  • Have strong communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner 
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across multiple domains. 
  • 7 - 10 years experience in Product Management
  • BS or MS in STEM is strongly preferred
