About the Role:

We are currently in search of a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Solutions Architect. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our product integration efforts with organizations in the payor, provider and digital health space. You will engage with the client’s technical and operational teams to facilitate and streamline our integration and implementation processes. Additionally, this role will work closely with our Product and Customer Success teams to improve our implementation methodologies and process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare implementation or product management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience integrating with enterprise EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field

• Familiarity with healthcare data and interoperability standards (such as FHIR, HL7v2, etc.).

• Experience in hospital operations, especially in the ambulatory or home health contexts.

• Experience with ancillary healthcare integrations, including population health systems, CRM, ERP, etc.

• Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exemplary product support.

• Demonstrated proficiency in translating external stakeholder needs into internal product requirements.

• Comfortable reading and debugging Python.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Start-up experience preferred.
