Key Responsibilities
Craft and refine social media posts across various platforms in alignment with tabby's brand guidelines.
Maintain and coordinate a weekly calendar of social media activities.
Regularly utilize social media scheduling tools for efficient post management.
Stay updated on the latest social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Manage the dedicated social media inbox, ensuring timely responses and engagement.
Introduce innovative ideas and perspectives to enhance team dynamics.
Cultivate and expand social media communities while driving overall social efforts.
Spearhead projects aligned with long-term strategic objectives, prioritizing tasks in line with key business focus areas.
Generate compelling content such as stories on tabby culture, employee testimonials, and employment offerings, including the creation of video storyboards and scripts.
Coordinate and supervise digital advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on Employer Brand performance across relevant social media channels on a weekly and monthly basis.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient writing skills with adherence to brand guidelines.
Experience in executing social media campaigns.
Familiarity with content management systems, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
Strong team player with the ability to think laterally, collaborate effectively both virtually and independently.
Adaptability to swiftly navigate changing environments.
Capability to handle technical content and work under pressure within tight deadlines.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness for effective audience interaction.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Cairo-based with fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
1-2 years of experience in B2B, social media, or Marketing and PR.
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams and independently.
Additional Skills:
Passionate and results-oriented individual.
Highly organized and efficient in task management.
Experience in social media content creation and understanding of various social formats and technical specifications.
Proficiency in briefing graphic designers.
