Role Overview:

As the Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Pharmaceutical Vertical at Hippocratic AI, you will play a critical role in forging strategic partnerships and driving growth within the pharmaceutical industry. Leveraging your established network and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, you will lead initiatives to establish Hippocratic AI as a trusted partner for pharmaceutical companies seeking innovative solutions to improve patient engagement and healthcare delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive adoption of Hippocratic AI's solutions within the pharmaceutical vertical.

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, industry associations, and thought leaders, to identify partnership opportunities and drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor Hippocratic AI's offerings to meet the unique needs and challenges of pharmaceutical clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with pharmaceutical partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships and drive value for both parties.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape within the pharmaceutical sector, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Represent Hippocratic AI at industry events, conferences, and meetings, serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador for our company and products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and forging key relationships.

  • Established network and relationships within the pharmaceutical industry, including with executives, decision-makers, and key opinion leaders.

  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and emerging trends shaping the industry.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business development initiatives, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving innovation and making a positive impact on patient care and healthcare delivery.
