As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a major role in driving our talent acquisition efforts by leading our screening team and developing effective sourcing strategies. You will be responsible for attracting top talent to support our business objectives and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract customer care agents across various channels, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Lead and mentor a team of screeners, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet hiring targets.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, and candidate quality, to optimize the recruitment process.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience in high-volume sourcing, particularly in the call center or customer service industry.
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve hiring targets within tight deadlines.
- Leadership and management skills, with experience leading and developing sourcing or screener specialists.
- Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to inform decision-making.
