Job Description

As the Senior Product Designer at iAdvize, you will play a pivotal role in sculpting the future of our AI-driven conversational solutions. Your primary responsibility is to craft distinct features in alignment with the specific team you'll be a part of. Working closely with the Product Manager, other designers, and the development team, you'll turn these concepts into reality. The initiatives you undertake will not only reverberate throughout the company but will also present a chance to innovate and profoundly impact the AI-driven conversational e-commerce domain.

Your missions:

  • Design effective & delightful user experiences thanks to continuous iterations and short feedback loops with our product management and engineering teams.
  • Transform complex AI conversational design challenges into simple and elegant solutions, by producing user flows, mockups, UI screens and final prototypes.
  • Enlighten your design choices through user research and testing in collaboration with a user researcher & PM.
  • Think in terms of design systems to ensure global consistency on iAdvize product.
  • Plan and communicate effectively your work for cross team projects.

Skills : 

  • Strong skills in product design, visual design and interaction design.
  • A constant attention to details.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
  • A good understanding of the technical constraints behind your design work.
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and proactively address challenges.

Qualifications

  • 6 years or more of design experience.
  • Be a team player – work well with others.
  • Be organized and manage your time well.
  • Have significant experience in designing experiences for e-commerce apps and websites AND/OR AI features. 
  • Know about the SaaS world.

Additional Information

  • Contract : CDI 
  • Workplace : Nantes (siège social, proche gare Sud)
  • Start date : from January 2024
  • Remote Policy : (3 days a week after the onboarding period).
