As a Product Designer, you’ll join our gifted Design Team. The team’s mission is to give users a first-class experience on our AI-powered Generative Image Platform, seamlessly transforming creative ideas into stunning visuals across our desktop and mobile applications.

Core Responsibilities include…Â
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing on Leonardo.Ai’s Generative Image Platform to gather insights and inform design decisions, ensuring our product meets the needs and expectations of our diverse user base.
Wireframing & Prototyping: In Figma, develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualise design concepts for our desktop and mobile applications, providing clear and actionable designs for development teams.
Interaction Design: Design seamless and engaging interactions that enhance the user experience on our AI-powered platform, making complex features intuitive and user-friendly.
Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver and iterate on new features for Leonardo.Ai, ensuring all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
User Journey Mapping: Create detailed user journey maps and personas specific to our platform to guide and improve design solutions, helping to understand and anticipate user needs and behaviours.
Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across all Leonardo.Ai products, enabling scalable and efficient design practices.
Visual Design: Craft visually compelling interfaces for our generative image tools, aligning with our brand guidelines and enhancing our platform's overall aesthetic and usability.
Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from Leonardo.Ai users and stakeholders to refine and improve designs, ensuring our product continuously evolves based on real-world use and insights.
Innovation Workshops: Participate in brainstorming sessions and design sprints focused on our AI capabilities and image generation features, driving creative solutions and innovation.
Data-Driven Design: Data and analytics are used to measure the effectiveness of design solutions on user engagement and satisfaction, making informed decisions to improve the Leonardo.Ai platform continuously.

Round 1 - Meet Your Recruiter:
Our Talent team will reach out and arrange a 30-minute video call where you'll cover your experience, skills, and career motivations. You'll also get essential context about the role, the team, and how you can contribute towards our goals.
Round 2 - Craft Interview:
You'll meet some team members to discuss the technical task in more depth, work through some technical questions related to your expertise and cover past projects, experience and career aspirations.
Round 3 - Technical Task:
If you're applying for a technical role, you may be given a short take-home task to assess your skills and approach to problem-solving. This could be a real-life business scenario to unpack, a presentation, a test or a collaboration exercise. (Please note, depending on the role, the order of rounds 2 & 3 are interchangeable)
Round 4 - Values interview:
You'll be able to meet with the Department Head for a short, informal conversation to understand your potential impact, the growth area we can support, and how aligned you are with our values and culture.
