As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Chase Digital Assistant team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. Using Agile methodologies, you along with our larger product team will define & own the vision, strategy and the product roadmaps for our AI & Search platform and related capabilities. You will collaborate with senior product managers and peers both within and outside of the team, designers, software developers, analytics team and testers to develop a unified customer journey and experience to support all varieties of consumer product sets.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and recommend adequate resources.
  • Customer focus – ability to keep the customers first at the heart of every feature, every capability and all products we build.
  • Data driven approach – the ability to derive insights and product decisions-based on analytics. 
  • Prioritization – Manage and refine product backlog initiatives to drive value in accordance with the overall strategy and priorities.
  • Product Sprint Ownership - Partner with other product managers to perform sprint planning and prioritization by defining requirements (using tools like JIRA), detailed acceptance criteria; participating in phasing decisions, go-to-market strategy, analyzing post launch metrics and continuous iteration to ideate on features based on data, etc.
  • Stakeholder management – ability to work effectively across both internal, external stakeholders and vendors to negotiate complex topics and resolve conflicts.
  • Long term vision – Ability to identify and understand customer mindset & problems to design solutions which are visionary and long term.
  • Maintain & develop new ideas by performing monthly control validation of feature accuracy as needed. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Experience in product deployment processes 
  • Good customer focus, with an innovative mindset and the ability to understand & articulate customer problems and solve for them.
  • Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle.
  • Effective oral & written communication skills with an expertise in business case and requirements writing.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends.
  • Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience with NLP / Conversational AI a plus
