As a Senior Manager, Implementation Program Management at Findem, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of our technical solutions for our clients. You will lead a team of technical project managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed client expectations
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technical implementation specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end technical implementation process, from project initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, establishing strong relationships and effectively managing expectations.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical expertise to understand client requirements, assess project feasibility, and provide valuable insights to the team.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the implementation team, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall project delivery.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of projects.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all implemented solutions meet quality standards and are ready for users to log-in and be trained on the product.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of project requirements, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed throughout the implementation process.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven program management experience in a technical implementation management role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Experience or knowledge of HR technology (Applicant Tracking Systems), SSO and email relative to technical implementations.
- Ability to lead a team and be hands-on directly managing some client projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts and technologies, with the ability to translate technical requirements into layman's terms.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in the HR or Talent industry is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable.
