Enterprise Risk (ER) practice (part of the wider Risk Consulting business), a competency within Business Consulting, are looking to treble the size in the next 2 years and thus have immense exciting opportunities for Senior Managers to accelerate their career and grow our team. This Senior Manager role sits within the Enterprise Risk Competency and specifically aligned to build cutting edge AI based platforms to enhance and enable insight led Risk Transformation

 The opportunity

Our Risk Consulting professionals are a group of highly skilled assurance and technology professionals who improve client control effectiveness through optimising the use of technology in managing risk and driving enhanced business performance. We work with clients to provide advice on how best to design, implement, stabilise, and optimise internal controls utilising cutting edge and scalable AI & Big Data technologies

Your key responsibilities

  • Working with our Risk Business teams on Risk Transformation & compliance engagements
  • Build and leverage cutting edge Gen AI & Big Data platforms to deliver insights to build a comprehensive Risk & Controls monitoring mechanisms  
  • Creating executive reporting, proposals and marketing material, ensuring the highest quality deliverables
  • Contributing to team development, mentoring and coaching junior team members and leading by example
  • Help understand client challenges and architect solutions that are fit for purpose
  • Build relationships with key business stakeholders and drive demand generation

Skills and attributes for success
  
You will be a trusted business consultant with proven project and stakeholder management experience, using your extensive knowledge of risk and compliance technologies to meet client needs.

  • Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders and engagements and cross-functional projects
  • Intellectual strength and flexibility to resolve complex problems and rationalise these into a workable solution which can then be delivered
  • Develop current and relevant client propositions, delivering timely high-quality output against stated project objectives
  • High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
  • Domain understanding of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report and Hire to Retire processes in preferably, multiple Sectors
  • Strong executive report writing skills using various apps such as .ppt, power BI, etc. 
  • Effective people management qualities, and aspiration to be part of the growth of this team
  • Strong ability to synthesise thoughts and present them in a compelling manner
  • Curiosity to learn and keep abreast with the latest developments in the technology space
  • Mindset to push the boundaries and try out cutting edge and new methods/tech as part of delivery

 
To qualify for the role, you should have

  • Good understanding of
    • Key business processes across functions such as Record to Report (RTR), Source to Pay (STP) and Order to Cash (OTC)
    • Strong technical knowledge of Big Data Platforms, AI technologies around Large Language Models, Vector Databases, comprehensive DevOps services and full stack application development
  • Strong previous experience in:
    • Building Large Scale AI Applications and usage of Big Data Platforms like MS Azure, AWS, GCP etc
    • Exposure to Risk Technology solutions
    • Strong understanding of Large Enterprise Applications like SAP, Oracle ERP & Microsoft Dynamics etc
  • Strong project management and core consulting skills.
  • Successful track record managing transformation work streams, projects and teams. 
  • Good understanding of data governance and ability to leverage data analytics scripts, and related tools and technologies.
