Designation: Senior Manager-Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive campus talent strategy to meet the hiring needs of the organization
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed
  • Partner with leadership to understand the company's strategic goals and align talent acquisition efforts accordingly
  • Oversee the full campus process lifecycle, from pre-placement and assessments to interviews and making hiring decisions
  • Build strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
  • Utilize data and metrics to analyze hiring trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in early careers, and continuously innovate our recruitment processes
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders (institutions, finishing schools), vendors, and other partners as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities

Desired skills & experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in campus hiring
  • Knowledge of early career hiring best practices and industry trends
  • Experience of managing a team of recruiters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel for campus processes and other events

Education Qualification: Masters’ in Human Resources
