Position Description:Senior AccountantWe are seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our multinational finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the finance function for our Indian entity and will execute all day to day finance operations. This is a fully remote role with finance colleagues located in various countries in Asia, Europe and the US. The Senior Accountant will report to the Regional Financial Controller. Key Responsibilities· Complete all accounting and compliance processes from start to finish.· Month end process and preparation of management accounts.· Maintaining and reconciling trial balance.· AR and AP management including issuing invoices, processing bills, processing receipts and payments.· Cashflow management and forecasting.· Preparation of audit schedules, supporting documentation and responding to audit queries· Liaise with external providers including legal, tax, payroll, VAT, annual returns.· Intercompany transaction management and transfer pricing compliance.· Finance support to the operations team.· Assist with contract management and review.· Produce accurate financial reports.· Analyse financial data.· Support ad hoc projects.· Adhere to all company policies and controls.Experience· Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE· Previous experience with a multinational essential· Big 4 accounting firm and/or experience in a startup environment desirable but not essential· Supervising employees and overseeing their work· Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills· Transfer pricing knowledge desirable but not essential· Comfortable with fast changing environment and adopting new technologies. · Ability to plan, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.· Self-motivated, can work independently and remotely.· Demonstrates professional integrity and resilience.· Must possess a sharp business acumen to understand the complexity of the business. · Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills #LI-MD1Benefits:· Competitive industry-standard/MNC remuneration offered to the right candidate.· 25 working days paid annual leave.· Paid sick leave as per the rules.· Medical Insurance for self and family.· Discretionary bonus eligibility
