The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing team. The Revenue Operations Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing our revenue processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the alignment of our sales, marketing, finance and customer success teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact our growth trajectory and enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue-related data across CRM and other GTM systems.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline sales, customer success and revenue operations processes.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into key revenue metrics.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support revenue growth initiatives.

  • System Administration: Manage and optimize CRM and other GTM and revenue-related tools and systems.

  • Billing and Subscription management: Manage subscriptions and billings within CRM and billing system, assist on implementation of the new billing software (usage based)

  • Revenue Forecasting: Assist in revenue forecasting and pipeline management to support strategic planning.

  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to team members on revenue operations processes and tools.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), core sales/GTM tools, and data management tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
