Key Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large datasets related to sourcing and recruitment efforts.
Develop and execute a robust sourcing strategy for mass hiring initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific resources.
Continuously track and report sourcing metrics and provide insights to optimize the sourcing process.
Build and manage a comprehensive database warehouse to organize and separate agency data from internal team data.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless candidate handover and a positive candidate experience.
Who you are:
Proven experience in high-volume sourcing, particularly in the call center or customer service industry.
Exceptional Excel skills with the ability to handle and analyze large datasets.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in building and executing sourcing plans to meet mass hiring needs.
Proficiency in data management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
