Harvey is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Talent team in driving hiring across the business. The ideal candidate will support the company by coordinating interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. As an early member of the Talent team, the Recruiting Coordinator will also have the opportunity to own strategic projects that will contribute to building sustainable processes and building a culture of hiring the best talent.
Schedule interviews for Harvey candidates and work closely with recruiters to design and facilitate the candidate experience
Build out our administrative tools to make sure the recruiting process is seamless for Harvey employees and candidates
Constantly seek ways to improve recruitment operations
1-3 years of coordination experience with experience in owning a high-volume of scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with and managing a variety of hiring tools
Highly organized with the ability to navigate across multiple work streams while managing their time efficiently
Self-starter who thrives in solving complex problems in an ambiguous environment
A clear, approachable, and friendly communication style
A mind for detail and the patience to ensure work is completed correctly
In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $65,000 and $100,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
