The NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) trains developers, data scientists, and researchers how to tackle meaningful problems using artificial intelligence (AI) and accelerated computing. We are looking for a U.S. based contractor to support our instructor ecosystem. This position calls for someone with a high level of attention to detail and a penchant for quality written communication. This role presents an opportunity for you to identify and implement improvements to our technical training instruction and certified instructor program. Bring us your best ideas to improve existing processes and your ability to conjure new, more efficient approaches that lead to better outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Communicating with the instructor community about new course offerings, workshop updates, instructor application status, and program benefits.
  • Consolidating instructor application materials and organizing applications to facilitate quick, data-driven application decisions made by principal instructors.
  • Working with educational services partners and their instructor candidates on partner application status, certification progress, new programs, etc.
  • Processing and reconciling instructor payments using a variety of software systems and tools including PayPal and Salesforce.
  • Proactively ensuring instructor information is complete to provide accurate reporting and information, for example, our public instructor directory.
  • Evaluating and redefining existing processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and improved results.
  • Handling ad-hoc inquiries from the instructor community.
