Team Description

Our team is looking for a project manager who will lead and expand Sabre's capabilities in automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to revolutionize customer support and operations solutions, oversee ongoing automation and AI projects, strategically define the roadmap for future initiatives, and discover new opportunities to align with company objectives and deliver optimal results. 



Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for applying AI/Automations to enhance customer technical support and service quality. 
  • Partner with technical teams to translate automation and AI strategy into actionable initiatives and create a detailed program plan 
  • Manage the execution of the AI/Automations program, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. 
  • Monitor and measure the impact of AI/automation initiatives on customer satisfaction and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful adoption and integration of AI solutions into their workflows. 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI technology relevant to the industry. 


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, particularly in technology-driven projects. 
  • Advanced English both written and verbal. 
  • Experience in developing and implementing AI/ML solutions in a business setting. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for a broad audience. 
  • Strong understanding of customer care and service quality concepts. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. 
  • Experience in managing complex programs and projects is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies is a plus. 
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
