Must have at least 3-5 years of experience processing payroll for different entities with at least 1000 headcount.
Able to compute and process complex OT shift patterns / allowances.
Strong knowledge of local payroll regulatory laws.
As a Payroll Executive/Senior, you will oversee all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
Job Description
Provide full scope of payroll processing for employees of different entities.
Ensure timely processing and on-time salary crediting.
Accurate submission of statutory monthly / yearly / periodic filings such as but not limited to monthly CPF contribution / ad-hoc IR21 / NS make-up claims / Maternity Leave claims / Enhanced Childcare Leave claims etc.
Process monthly OT payment and reimbursement of staff claims.
Responsible for billings and reconciliation of payroll accounts.
Work closely with site managers and employees on payroll and billing queries etc.
Oversee the Time Management System (TMS).
Handle queries on payroll from internal and external auditors.
Review and update Payroll policies and procedures to improve processes and controls and ensure compliance.
Lead and coach Payroll Executive.
Manage or assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Diploma in the relevant trade
Strong knowledge of local payroll regulatory laws
Preferably candidates from labour intensive industries.
3-5 years of payroll processing experience in an MNC.
Proven experience leading a team of technicians and supervisors.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
