Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our AI, Analytics & Data department. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and implementing execution strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and performance of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. The right candidate brings a can-do attitude and is not afraid to get hands-on. Our operations manager works as a spider in the web and collaborates with various functions such as finance, procurement, communications and HR. Strong collaboration skills are therefore necessary.

  • Streamline operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency.  

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, optimizing resources and ensuring seamless workflow.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that drive operational success.  

  • Foster a positive and high-performance culture through effective leadership and communication.  

  • Managing day-to-day operations. 

  • Managing budgets, forecasting, and allocating resources to help meet business and strategic goals.  

  • Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as employee onboarding and engagement, budget requests and reviews, approval processes, effective leadership meeting cadences, vendor engagements, yearly event planning and coordination and streamlining organizational communications.   

  • Implement streamlined procedures to enhance efficiency, clarity and reduce operational bottlenecks. 

  • Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the department 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that align with departmental goals. 

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance.  

  • Analyze data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for improvement. 

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure optimal use of resources and seamless workflow. 

Qualifications

  • Atleast 5yrs of proven experience in operations management  

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.  

  • Excellent problem-solving and management skills.  

  • Comfortable running and supporting operations for large teams (at scale). 

  • Excellent communication skills to convey operational strategies and goals across the organization.  

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence.  

  • Familiarity with industry best practices and the ability to adapt them to the organization's needs.  

  • Demonstrated success in implementing operational improvements and achieving measurable results.  

  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build positive working relationships.  

  • Ability to work under pressure and navigate dynamic operational environments.  

  • Project management skills.
