As the ML Enablement Lead, you’ll be at the helm of Snorkel’s innovative learning programs, using your technical enablement expertise to shape and advance our offerings. You’ll own the curriculum and certification roadmap, designing and scoping learning pathways that are engaging and effective for all learning styles and technical expertise levels. By incorporating key stakeholder feedback, you'll ensure our programs hit the mark. You'll play a crucial role in evaluating our training products' effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement, and staying up-to-date with Snorkel’s latest features and industry trends to keep our curriculum relevant. From setting learning objectives to content design, development, launch, and maintenance, you’ll manage the entire lifecycle of our learning content development.
