The Data and Artificial Intelligence Risk (DAIR) team is looking for a highly driven change agent who demonstrates integrity, drive, and courage to contribute to the design and execution of the DAIR program plan.

As a member of the team, you will be directly contributing the operationalization of data and AI risk at the organization, while working with a collaborative team of inspiring professionals to help deliver the Enterprise DAIR Program objectives across our footprint.
 

what will you do in this role?

  • Lead and deliver a comprehensive training program for Data and AI Risk, internally and across the organization, collaborating with subject matter experts to create informative and engaging material and resources

  • Provide project management support and leadership for Data & AI Risk projects and workstreams, including the resolution of regulatory findings and audit issues

  • Develop strategy and roadmaps for communications (internal & external), education, change management, and training 

  • Build and maintain a repository of training material and content

  • Identify priority businesses and areas for change management, training, and education opportunities

  • Lead the development and execution of change management and communication efforts to drive understanding and adoption of Data and AI

  • Track and monitor success of training and awareness initiatives

  • Create and issue communications, including developing and delivering presentations to a diverse range of audiences (up and including senior executives)

  • Build partnerships with teams across the Bank to help drive adoption and integrate Data and AI risk management into existing processes 

  • Support the logistics, production, and delivery of internal and/or external events to provide education about Data and AI Risk

  • Assist in the creation and execution of periodic and ad-hoc presentations to key stakeholder groups (e.g., Board, CRO, Risk Committees, Regulators, etc.)
     

What are we looking for? 

  • 5+  years of experience in business, financial, or consulting services

  • Strong project management and organization skills

  • Strong critical thinking and adaptability to manage ambiguity  

  • Practical experience with project, communications and change management, and/or training

  • Experience in creating and developing presentation materials and informing with Senior Management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage large and diverse audiences

  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to develop engaging decks and graphics

  • Strong Microsoft Suite experience (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint  ) 

  • Strong social skills, able to effectively build relationships and collaborate with partners

  • Experience in data governance, risk management and/or compliance is an asset.

  • Spanish language fluency, (written & verbal) is preferred
