In the area of Product Catalog we are changing the way customers engage with Allegro, by introducing product based experience to every critical area of the platform. Such a big change requires constant work on the quality of solutions as we need to keep customer trust. Our team provides analysis, statistical algorithms and machine learning models that contribute to automation of processes responsible for solving data quality and business related problems (detection of duplicates, misclassification of products, low quality products, offer grouping).
Expectations
We are looking for a candidate for the position of Manager, Data to manage a team of Data Analysts. Your responsibilities will include gathering information, preparing analyses and analytical products (algorithms, ML, automations), and collaborating with process owners to develop optimal solutions for a given area. Your contribution will be crucial to the company's strategy, relying on the analysis of large volumes of data, utilizing statistical techniques and data visualization methods (Looker Studio, Tableau).

Collaboration skills with various stakeholders
Team management skills, with a focus on team development
Experience in SQL (preferably GCP)
Knowledge of Python will be an additional advantage
Self-organization and a commitment to meeting deadlines
Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
