Job Description

As a Machine Learning Developer you will be responsible for leading a Team of Prompt Engineers and Prompt Architect together with designing, building, and implementing ML/AI models, tools and algorithms usage. In addition to your technical expertise, you will be managing a team, ensuring effective communication, and providing guidance to deliver high-quality solutions to serve business needs. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including data engineers, AI Program Lead, and data analysts, to develop cutting-edge applications that drive business success and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Prompt Engineers and Prompt Architect, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality work and timely delivery of projects.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI based solution to solve business problems and drive efficiency. Taking ownership of AI roadmap creation and delivery.
  • Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring efficient use of team and budget.
  • Oversee the full development life cycle of proposed products, from ideation to deployment, ensuring all milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, and business analysts, AI Lead to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions.
  • Conduct research on emerging ML/AI technologies, techniques and 3rd party resources and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Continuously improve teams processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness by searching for automatization based on available tools and technology.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and their applications in business.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language together with usage of ML/AI/NLP libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, openai, LangChain, keyBert, etc.              
  • Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis tools, such as pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure together with their machine learning services and data pipelines services.
  • Understanding of data visualization tools, such as Power BI.
