Job Description

TOMRA is planning to double in the next 5 years, which means it’s more important than ever to develop future leaders within the company. Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious individual with:

  • A master’s degree in HR, leadership, business administration, technology or similar
  • Up to 2 years experience in HR/P&O and/or similar roles, preferably in an international organization
  • A strong interest in specializing in AI solutions for L&D
  • Passion, dedication and a sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an enthusiasm for working collaboratively with diverse groups
  • An ability to be innovative and deliver creative solutions that support organizational objectives
  • Flexibility to live and travel to at least 3 countries. When the program is finished, the position will be based in Norway
