Responsibilities:

  • Get hands-on by organising and executing impactful conferences and events.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new clients and partners, laying the foundation for long-term success.
  • Lead and manage multiple operational goals, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Pioneer process improvements and automation, ensuring every workflow is efficient and effective.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and solution delivery teams to align operations and ensure smooth transitions between departments.
  • Support the implementation of Revenue Operations (RevOps) strategies, optimising tools and systems for peak performance.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders through exceptional communication, building strong relationships within the organisation.
  • Go beyond data entry to become a trusted resource for data integrity and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain the team's Notion workspaces, boosting productivity in collaboration with the BizOps team.
  • Establish smooth internal and external reporting around all commercial KPIs.
  • Create dashboards and reports based on data from all revenue teams, assisting the CRO in decision-making.
