You will be working on StepStones new b2b self service platform. StepStone is building from scratch the most modern and heavily AI powered B2B platform for all recruiters in the market! You will be part of this team and will take over key components from this newly designed state of the art platform!

We are looking for people with a strong analytical background. The Analytics Test is a part of the recruiting process! If you are not sure about what is it, feel free to ask.
Good mathematical thinking and understanding of its principles is a must.
We are looking for people who are proactive but also challenge the status quo. Critical Thinking is key here.
Finally, we appreciate strong communicators. You must be able to make a good case in front of a senior audience and convince them of your ideas.
We expect you to be familiar with what AI is, but we are also offering to teach you all necessary skills about that.
