You will be working on StepStones new b2b self service platform. StepStone is building from scratch the most modern and heavily AI powered B2B platform for all recruiters in the market! You will be part of this team and will take over key components from this newly designed state of the art platform!

We are looking for smart people with a strong analytical background. The Analytics Test is a part of the recruiting process! If you don’t know what I mean can you ask.
Good mathematical thinking and understanding of its principles is a must.

And finally ideally strong communicators. You must be able to make a good case in front of a senior audience and convince them of your ideas.
